The pool deck is fully rennovated with plenty of room for sunbathing and lounging outside with amazing views of the ocean, the marina, Tintamarre and even Anguilla in the background.

The living room and dining room are well appointed with seating for 8, a big screen smart TV and flat access from the parking area to the pool deck.  The room is airy, well-lit and fully air-conditioned.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, coffee makers, wine fridge,  full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, water cooler and plenty of up to date cookware, utensils, plates and glassware.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, ensuite full bath, separate entrance to the pool deck and is fully air-conditioned.

The Second  Master has a king size bed, ensuite full bath, its own balcony off the pool deck and is fully air-conditioned.

The Third bedroom has either a king or two twin beds and is fully air-conditioned.

The Studio apartment downstairs contains a 4th bedroom, fully functional kitchen and air conditioning
