Dear Guests:

Thank you for choosing our island dream in Sint Maarten for your vacation and we hope you will enjoy the island and the Villa as much as we do.  

We are a Canadian couple from Toronto together since 1996 who fell in love with the island in 2013 and took the ownership plunge in April 2017.  We come down as often as we can, especially during our cold Canadian winters to trade in our shovels and parkas for flip flops and bathing suits!  

We scouted  several southern locations but for one reason or another couldn’t bond with them - until the plane landed in Sint Maarten:  we completely fell in love with the duality of the island,  the different cultures and ‘feel’ of each side kept bringing us back (not to mention the great restaurants and beaches).

We are very happy you chose our home and we hope you will enjoy your stay - and return often:  Sint Maarten is a beautiful island with amazing hospitality and so many attractions.

Villa Arcadia is a family home and we trust you will appreciate it as much as we do and treat it with the utmost respect.
